All-in-one vs. one Glove for each Position
On the market today, there are several kinds of gloves. There are gloves that are specially made for prone with extra cushioning and no fingers and there are standing gloves with a hard plastic insert to improve stiffness. And finally there are gloves that has a good cushioning at the same time as they are pretty stiff - the all-in-one glove
For a shooter shooting all position the all-in-one glove is usually the best option as it will minimize the different factors between each position. For specialized prone or standing shooters it might be a good idea to get a glove that are specialized for the event..
Black Top-Grip vs. White Plastic
There are pretty much two version of outside material on today's gloves. Either it is the the black rubber - Top Grip - which has a very good grip. Or it is the white plastic which has a little bit less of a grip but that is very stiff. There are a new plastic that is out that is very stiff while having a good friction.

Cut Fingers vs. Long Fingers
The cut finger version is just the normal glove that the manufacturer cuts off the top inch or so. The cut off version is very nice to have while shooting in warm/hot conditions. Just make sure that you don't need the rest of the fingers while shooting standing..(If you have the rifle between your fingers in standing)
